As a successful gardening company with an ever-growing number of customers, we’re looking to recruit a new Gardening Maintenance Operative. If you’re an enthusiastic gardening professional and want to work with us, we would love to hear from you.

This is what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

Experience in the professional gardening sphere
A wide knowledge of horticulture
A range of flexible skills to work with different customers
Self motivation and flexibility in your approach
Good timekeeping skills for garden maintenance

If you have experience as a groundskeeper, or any experience of soft landscaping, this would be highly relevant. Any additional qualifications, like a degree or an RHSC Theory or Practical qualification, would be very beneficial for the role.
